Folder Options Missing??
Many of us sometimes find the folder options missing in windows explorer due to some virus or trojan effect.
Here's the solution-->
 

• Open Run  type "gpedit.msc".
• Now goto User Configuration > Administrative templates > Windows Component > Windows Explorer.
• Click on Windows Explorer you will find the 3rd option on the right side of screen "Removes the Folder Option menu item from the Tools menu"
• Just check it, if it is not configured then change it to enable by double clicking on it and after applying again set it to not configured.

Increase Pendrive Speed by two Methods

1.Connect your pen drive to pc via USB
2.Open my computer then
right click on  the the drive letter of your pen drive, click properties.
3.Click on the hardware tab, select your pen drive then click properties.
4.In the new window click policies tab..
5.there you can find two options : "optimize for quick removal " and "optimize for performance".By default, it works on the first one.Change it to the second one.
ie; select "optimize for performance" then click OK.

After doing the first step, format your pen drive with NTFS file system simply by selecting format option in the drop down menu then select NTFS and format.

STEP 1:
Plug your pendrive to USB port of your computer. Make sure it is detected.

STEP 2:
Start command prompt by Click Start>>Run and type cmd then hit enter.

STEP3
Find the drive letter for the conected USB drive. For example, G:
In command prompt, type G:
Then type
attrib -s -h /s /d *.*

Make sure that you put space between each elements in the code.
hit enter, wait a moment and this should unhide all your files on your pendrive. Checkout the screenshot for more to clarify.

1.      Open up your Web Browser. In the address bar, type in 192.168.0.1. Press Enter.

username and password for your router, enter it now. If you have not, type in admin

in the username field, and leave the password blank.

3. The main menu of the router will now be displayed. Click ONCE on the WAN

4. In the WAN menu, choose the radio button PPPoE

5. This will cause a new menu to come up. The PPP over Ethernet menu will now be
